- (1) Dual-row method (inner and outer rows)

Most torn rotator cuff tears are often horizontal tears. This technique allows for strong sutures by fixing each of the two rows, thereby lowering the risk of re-tear.

- (2) Bridge fixation method

In order to attach the rotator cuff tear to the bone more extensively, an anchor thread is placed over the top of the cross to hold the tendon in place. This technique is characterized by fewer stitches.

- (iii) Autologous femoral fascia grafting

When several of the four rotator cuffs are damaged, the tear is large, and the transected area has shortened, this technique is used to fill in the damaged area by grafting thigh muscle.
